No it does not. The thing about IFTTT is that you can see a message hashtagged #food or #budget, and it'll redirect whatever you type in text to a google spreadsheet (or somewhere else).

you can find cheaper variants on amazon. But you need a really big desk to do it. Most won't accomodate it.
