Nice of you to say. I think most people just pretend to ignore that. Like that awkward moment when you are eating with a group of people, and the bill comes out (ooooh oh — I smell a future lifehacker article : ) )

cheap bastards! wow. I wonder how many of the yes! votes to outlaw tipping ever worked in a restaurant.
Both are free. No one is forcing you to use them.
I think you really have to stress making it easier for yourself...so much so that you should add a tip for tracking your spending. You really need to know where the money is going. People doing it for dieting. A financial diet is not that much different in that sense.
This is really true. When you find a good team or co-worker, stick with it. It really does help a lot. I had a lot of success two jobs ago with a co-worker who really was into pushing the envelope. Almost had too much success I guess as the company got bought out.
think of it this way. You spend 40 hrs at least of your week at work. You could be doing other things. So making the most of the opportunity is what counts. Think of that way.
Its about empowering people, not putting them down. If you want to tell them, they'll never amount to anything because of this or that, that's your hang-up, ,ot mine. I know the world is unfair. But it keeps going around because people work for something better. There are plenty of them. They may not sell a ton…
haha, I think everything can be summarized by #1. Too bad it is easier said than done.
what about a shortcut to directly email a particular address? especially with a preset message? I wish there was something for that....it'd make working with ifttt much much easier.
Thanks for this article! This is really awesome. I like the parts about gathering together info, it does make a lot of sense.
good for you. I'm sure there is a lot of temptation.
wow, very impressive! can I be nosy and ask is this with a family to support too?
I commend you for going the right route. But I still think there are lessons we can take something from Jay-Z. I agree calling him a role model is stretching things a bit, but read the advice and ignore your feelings about the source.
he was not connected when he started. That's not a good excuse. He did have talent. But everyone is good at something. Leveraging your talents and building your connections is something everyone can improve.
maybe or maybe not. But why else are you reading lifehacker then?
nice.
I think it depends a lot on how old your current phone is. You really have to shop around a lot, or deal with alot of pesky upgrade charges otherwise.
awesome, I gotta try this.
Thanks! I'll probably have to keep waiting then. I was hoping the Wii-U would be more of a home run. Maybe if Nintendo takes a solid beating this round, they'll come up with more of a contender. The hand held touch screen is neat and all and the external hard drive plug is an improvement, but the lack of support…
love this article, except it neglects my biggest questions
