Define temporary. The average length of time at a job is 4 yrs from what I've googled. Professional relationships you form at your job will last you your entire career. These are things to consider.

I agree. Talking or face-to-face is best for arguments but only after someone has had time to cool off. Texting & email in those cases make for bad problems.

I have been fortunate that way. I've met some who talk about money more than they should, but not super manipulative. Being a pastor, church leader or teacher in any faith is an important responsibility and I believe there is a special place reserved for those who willingly abuse it.

I do not know anywhere in the bible where it says God wants you to be rich and successful. I've read it from cover to cover.
