this one took me by surprise. As someone who loves the action bro RE games (cept 6), I’m super interested what this games going to be like, because going by the trailer, it looked way more horror-ish like Amnesia than...well...punching a boulder in a volcano in RE5.

nah man, it’s just a matter of time. For the companies, there is zero downside since it would eradicate piracy, the second-hand market, etc. and would leave them with total control the content. Sony dipped their tows with PS Now, and within 10-15 years, I expect their competitors to go in as well.

I can’t see why that would be Msoft’s concern :P

consoles aren’t really making sense any more though, think about it. They get more and more PC like with every iteration thanks to media options and the such. I suspect this or next gen will be the last “console” iteration, with everything becoming more streamed based, sorta like an Apple TV/Roku/Chromecast situation.

this is probably the worst console generation of my lifetime (26 years young). There’s hardly been any “must own” exclusive titles for consoles, and the semi-significant hardware revisions so early into their lifespans is just so off-putting.

well, if you loved GoW 1 and this looks like GoW 1, you should probably get it :P

this might be okay, but the first Prey was really unique looking and tons of cool concepts and monsters. This kinda reminded me of a shooty version of SOMA

Titanfall looked cool but I didn’t get it since I’m not a huge MP guy...

I think Overwatch sold 7 million copies in its first week, it’s gunna be a laster me thinks.

I’m on the few that enjoys the multiplayer, but I generally don’t play online FPSes, so who knows. I find it fun, so that pretty much meets my requirements ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
