He then used his rights as collateral for a loan from Sony, but never lost them. I have not been able to find out what happened to those rights in the last year…

I'm an iPhone 3gs owner. This is the first time I can officially say I'm jealous of an Android feature. I've heard nothing but good things about Swype, and don't think it will ever see iOS. What a shame.
