You pretty much nailed my thinking on it. Batteries will keep getting cheaper and better, they really don’t have to be perfect to cross the threshold of satisfying a ton of buyers. Agreed. The corporate grill thing needs to end. The grill on this leaf isn’t nice enough for multiple cars. Don’t know what benefit these companies think they’re getting out of a standardized grill, but it sucks.

The new Leaf is more anonymous, less ugly. Probably the best you could hope for.

Good aftermarket exhaust can sound wonderful, but 9 times out of 10 it’s some dumbass in a cut springs Honda with some doofy Ebay exhaust on there that sounds like a weed whacker, or a Harley douche who thinks the point is to be incredibly loud rather than sound good or improve performance.
