I came here to say this exact thing. RR and Bentley are all about luxury which includes minimal/no NVH. EVs seem like the perfect match for these insanely heavy silent beasts.

Wait until you discover Louisville, KY and the portion of I-71 near it. Louisville is a hot mess of trash roads and confusing highway. Once Louisvillians are free of it they become confused and crash on I-71. 

Building the roads that facilitate women getting to the clinic. The public transit that can also be used. The power companies providing power to these clinics because you can’t perform a LEGAL abortion without electricity. The women’s employers for paying them which allows the women to pay for these abortions.

That’s a more reasonable reply than I get when I point out that taxes pay for the roads my libertarian friends that lean right use to commute to their job. It tends to go even more downhill when I suggest they pay for all those roads with toles based on vehicle weight.

Maybe you should've made better choices and investments in yourself so a landlord couldn't hold you hostage.

Tenants will be up for a pleasant surprise when small time landlords lack the funds to maintain their properties or when the property is foreclosed on and the tenants evicted.

Property taxes can go unpaid for years in some cities with zero consequence. Happened with my old neighbor when he passed and his wife went into a senior facility. They owe 3 years of taxes on it currently. 

1/3 of all single family homes bought in the 1st quarter of 2021 were purchased by institutional investors.

I watched the same house near me sell for $220k only 3 years ago. Sold for $300k this year and the only improvement was a new roof. 

It gets even better when you watch the date/time function of the camera in the top right corner. It would indicate the baggy being put into the car occurs BEFORE it is found in the person’s pockets being searched. This is despite the video showing the person being searched 1st. 

The “full” video that supposedly clears the cops of any wrong doing is super sketch. If you look in the top right corner for the date/time function of the camera the throwing the bag back in the car occurs before finding it on the person that was being searched.
