"Theres something else on Ally's island"

I agree some people can be hyper-sensitive to these sorts of things, but to be fair, you did say Jemma is the "legit female role model…Daisy is the fantasy" and that Jemma kicked ass while Daisy "ONLY did thanks to her superpowers"; it reads as a direct comparison and a dismissal of Daisy as nothing more than her

Maybe it was Andrew Lincoln's acting - the cliffhanger at the end of the previous episode where he also grinned, looked more to me like he'd seen someone he recognised rather than what you suggest - although I think you are probably right.

I dunno - the swearing works for me. Sanitised and censored US TV is unrealistic with language. The overwhelming majority of adults swear, particularly in stressful moments. I thought it was more ridiculous when TGW had that episode with a bunch of swearing obscured by comedic incidental noises.

Good observation and you're probably correct. Poor Benjamin, we hardly knew ye.

It's worth it for the Carol storyline this episode. As for the other half of the episode…

Yeah, Rick said Tara can tell them where to avoid and she noticeably fiddled with the bracelet on her hand that she got from the girl of that all-female group.

Call me a dumb ass. What are you aggresively suggesting?

I often seem to be at odds with the review scores for TWD here. I agree with you - this was a poor episode, well, half of it was. I enjoyed the Daryl/Carol/Kingdom elements, but the Rick & Co sub-plot was a big pile of wank. This new group is cartoonish and hardly intimidating - they look like one bad cold could take

"Pardon the fuck out of me" just made me laugh a whole more than it probably should have.

"You know even if they were just friends…I still think Carol should
have slept with Darryl to make him feel better this episode…he was
majorly depressed."

I am also glad we got immediate resolution about who they are - I'm just sad that they are so bad, laughably so. Also, Rick's maniacal grin at the end of last episode and a couple of times this episode, was a very odd and jarring decision.

Was about to say this. Also, I think it's sad that almost all shows ruin platonic male/female relationships by getting them to hook up. It's far more powerful that their relationship is a strong friendship. I think it would be a terrible move for them to be paired up romantically. I still disagree with the

I have nothing much to say beyond I am so pleased that this show got commissioned and made so quickly after TGW finished. TGF has really hit the ground running, with a fantastic cast split fairly evenly between old and new faces. It was great to see familiar faces all over - Julius, Abernathy, Lahti's character - but

"I'm not sure what Americans are seeing, but in Canada, the ads are
referring to the show as "The GOOD Fight", even though that phrase would
conventionally be pronounced "the good FIGHT"."

Perhaps because it's a teaching hospital, there is a different set of rules?

Agreed. We know Catherine has a ruthless and conniving streak, but Bailey has always been someone who appears intelligent and pragmatic with her decision making - throw into her closeness and loyalty to Richard, it still seems bonkers that she'd have gone along with this plan.

Are the shares tied to being entitled to a position on the board? That said, I don't really understand why Christina gave her shares to Karev. She could have kept them.

Yeah, Kepner's self-doubt seems to raise its head as and when it's needed to service a plot - I thought we'd move her past this. I know the show is very soapy, but it was grossly unprofessional and kind of out of character for Kepner to go on at the patient about her niceness.

I had forgotten Karev had Christina's shares - good point.
