I think Brooks got Vicki involved in some shady insurance stuff way back when as his insurance that he’d have something to hold over her head when (not if) he needed to “move on”.

Do you have any more gossip/info about crooked Brooks and Vicki? Have you ever seen them around? I am waaaaay to0 obsessed with this...I cannot stand that man.

It would not surprise me one bit if Miss Viggy, at the persistent urging of Crooks, drew up hefty life insurance policies on the both of them (with Crooks being the sole beneficiary of Vicki’s policy and vice-versa).
