Every new revelation about this whole episode is more disgusting than the last.

Every single story about these guys. Every single story.
Well, Lena Dunham was six and did it once.
Go to hell, you human potato.
I’d like to be adopted by Ina Garten. Her voice is so soothing. When I’m really depressed, I just want to listen to her talk about roasting a chicken, and reassuring me about how easy it is to entertain guests who drop by.
Well, since I was raised by an abusive alcoholic mom, this sounds like a dream life to me. To each his/her own!
Okay, so I know I’m in my 40s now, but I really don’t feel like it is too late for me to be adopted by Martha. I feel like she would buy me a pony and make me some amazing comfort food while smelling like Estee Lauder.
CAN’T STOP WON’T STOP LOVING MARTHA
IT’S A COMPLIMENT, LADIES.
Guys: Ladies, we’re just giving you attention and appreciation! Chill! And smile some more!
OMG your body doesn’t belong to you. It is there only for the pleasure of others, so just get used to it. What, you think you’re an actual person or something?
How is this not illegal already? Btw, this is the reason I wear shorts underneath skirts.
“Why isn’t this illegal everywhere yet, again?”
Um ok like literally just get rid of #BlameOneNotAll and replace it with #WellIShouldFuckingHopeNot and we’re good
so this is def a Serious Thing? Because I feel like I couldn’t have written a better parody of #notallmen if i tried.
I love her you guys. Like, really. I wear the same style glasses she did, teach her stories in my class, have a coffee mug with her quote, and have peacock everything.
I agree with this. As a teacher who plunged into discussing a poem about suicide then realised one girl was sobbing at the back of the class (later found out her uncle had just committed suicide), a simple ‘head’s up’ content warning eliminates potentially incredibly upsetting experiences for students.
Thank you for this—this is a great piece. There’s so much hand-wringing about trigger warnings and censorship and people yelling about how “being offended doesn’t make you right,” and I think it’s all kind of a red herring. Of course students should be challenged, of course professors shouldn’t be constrained—nobody’s…
Girl stock up on those things. I have like five and whenever I wear them people are like ‘OMG YOU LOOK SO NICE’ and I’m like “oh I’m wearing jeans and a t-shirt but thank you” like seriously statement necklaces trick people! I find they look best with a crew neck or the occasional scoop neck.
