Me too. It's a very cute film, and while the timing felt a little slow in certain places, it was definitely fun to watch Eva Green and Michelle Pfeiffer get their camp on. There are some pretty great zingers, too!

And this was more than a decade ago! I'm pretty sure that the registration process was the result of some whiny teenage girls complaining to their parents/family friends on the board, and I can only imagine the bridezilla shenanigans those girls have gotten up to since then... Still, who needs multiple dresses for

This. Is. Not. Okay.

At my private high school, you had to register your dress with the prom committee (headed by some exasperated school admins and teachers) so that there would be no repeats. Girls would come in with three, four, or even more dresses to call "dibs" on the styles they wanted — and they would just choose one of them the

As a cleaning agent?

Precisely! I was hoping for some cool transitions between black-and-white or even sephia to color (à la "Pleasantville") but god forbid we actually remain truthful to the essence of the novel. I'm trying to keep an open mind after seeing this trailer, but I just don't know...

The blue ribbon ham is the big ticket item, often raising

I'll take the house from "Her Alibi," Tom Selleck included.

Yes. I'll take a dozen.

Notes from the (Sochi) Underground. A new internet classic.

Awesome! I'll be plowing my way through these as yet another snowstorm closes down my city...

... And I'll just be over here, continuing to ship Harrymort/Tomarry — and a little Tomione on the side.

Any recommendations?

Lands' End used to make these fabulous goose down feather robes... While they're only 350-fill and barely cover your knees if you're 6+ feet tall, they are wonderful for lounging about the house in this lovely sub-zero weather and, depending on the color, can double as a decent coat in a pinch!

I see no Carla Gugino, so I'm crying foul.

"Dutch" is pretty fantastic, too!

The only way I got through Mondays was Daria... Between that show and my ragged JanSport, it was one of the few constants during my tumultuous college years.
