Yeah, it would be bad for slow diesels to be on a public road you want to “play” on.

Can’t stop looking at this thing, unfortunately, and now I’m starting to think I’m going blind  as a result.  Are those upgraded caliper-less brakes on this thing??

No, seriously dude.......losing money for 10 straight years going in to a recession and govt. bailout, it made no sense to keep Pontiac on life support and continue to drain the minimal resources GM had or jeopardize the bailout in full. Not to mention the only cars Pontiac had that were worth a shit came from

Killed off.......out of business........dead.........gone........shuttered........

Your entire comment is rubbish though. The key fact is Pontiac hadn’t turned a profit in 10 years. Count back 10 years from 2009 (take as much time as you need) when they killed the brand and GM was making money. They don’t report profit by brand, but their CEO at the time (Fritz Henderson) said Chevy, GMC and

But you are synonymous with alcoholic, so your opinion is probably questionable at best. You sound like that guy that hangs out in the left lane and moves over after the car behind you has to hit the brakes and slow down. Yes, that is better than being a rolling roadblock for 10 miles, but still causing

Good point, the terms of the govt. bailout dictated Pontiac would go away and since the division hadn’t made money in 10 years (but “doing fine), it was pretty much a no brainer for the idiots at GM.

Pontiac wasn’t doing fine. They sold 350k cars in 2007 (pre market melt down) and were making crap that was just rebadged Chevy crap.......or vice versa. A GM brand needed to be killed off long before it happened. Buick had lower volume in the U.S. (~1.5% market share vs. ~2% market share for Pontiac), but killing

Carbon fiberish is strongerish and lighterish than steel......kinda. Zero loss of rigidity by using exotic materials like this in key areas where the Sawzall may have otherwise compromised structural integrity. This thing is right outside of Huntsville, probably done by a rocket scientist using space stuff from the

When you look at the actual CL ad and realize this thing is sitting in a barn in Alabama, with a current registration, it’s actually pretty impressive. Not $22k impressive, but still impressive. I say leave it in the barn for 30 years and let Wayne Carini’s grandkids do a Chasing Classic Cars episode on their Lambo

Pretty sure it’s a Pontiac dude.

You realize they went out of business, right? Think about that fact, then ask your question again.......to yourself.

I’ve lived in four states in the past four years and all say they have “new” left lane enforcement laws.  Seems like most LEOs don’t have clue the law is in place or just don’t care to enforce it.   Good for Indiana for actually doing something!!

If you “travel in the left lane” all the time, even if you are doing 10-15mph over the speed limit, you are part of the problem.  Pass and move back to the right.  Sadly in the U.S., it seems like the right lane has less traffic than the left.

The I35 FX50 FX35 and X3 XTS 232i are two of my favorite cars.

What if it’s a Grand Caravan SPORT??

Seems like most cops do drive in the left lane below the speed limit for some reason. Not a big deal in town, but really pisses me off on interstates.  (not an anti-cop comment, just something I’ve noticed)

Did anyone REALLY care how NASCAR worked in 2018??

I think they would appreciate it for what it is and no heads would erupt.

Pretty sure that’s a Lambo, dude. (someone had to say it)
