Congrats on clarifying a stupid comment with a more grammatically correct, yet equally stupid comment.

Time to just shut Jalopnik down if this is the level of automotive knowledge on staff.  This has been around for decades on most automotive brands.  And self canceling has been on certain motorcycle brands for a couple of decades as well.  This should just be embarrassing.

F1 has an elitism problem in America, but let me defend a celebrity being on the grid with bodyguards, because there is nothing elitist about that?? Not to mention the picture you have on the header is much worse than anything I’ve ever seen from a grid girl, which you’ve written your feelings about in the past. You

I just want to know what “priggish fop” means......

That’s the person I want walking the grid to promote my sport/product!!!

Audi quality =VW quality.  I’ve owned several of both, the big difference is the quality/feel of the Audi interior.

Well, the previous comment about automakers not making money selling cheap cars pretty much supports what you are saying, they want to make more profit on the cars. Go figger. They also know that no matter how “old school” commenters on websites say they don’t want the extra stuff and would totally buy a stripped

Says quite a bit for the Jalopnik readership when a simple statement of fact gets 23 stars while any negative GOP comments get 100+. Probably a fair reflection of the US population in general, which is why we can’t manage to get shit done in to actually advance any positive legislation in this country.

If it was a vehicle design issue, they wouldn’t have to ask Woods’ attorney for permission to release the information and you would already know the answer. Same goes for the road, in theory, since this road IS well known for high speed crashes.  That doesn’t make it a road design issue, more of an issue with stupid

The white steering wheel is just part of the launch “1st edition” package.  You can get black.  Screens everywhere??  There are two.  Have you been in ANY new car in the past few years?  You act like a grumpy old man.

It’s an administration made up of DC veterans and Obama era holdovers. Don’t count on it.

It is amazing how this started with the Redskins name being offensive since it refers to skin color and has grown to anything with a name associated with native americans being offensive. I still haven’t figured out the Cherokee issue with Jeep or why the Indian name would be a problem for Polaris. Clearly it will

Good point.

You realize the automotive supply chain is global, right? You realize that the global auto industry is being impacted by a shortage of semiconductors that has zero point shit to do with who the U.S. President is, right? You realize automotive plants around the globe are shutting down for periods of time due to

Seeing as Porsche is part of the Volkswagen group and was impacted by the “diesel gate” issue, yeah, a bit adjacent......

Have you seen the numbers on manual car sales?  Americans don’t drive sticks today.  Every focus group Polaris has done since they launched this thing said it needs an automatic.

That isn’t Viper Green on the Porsche, it’s Python Green Chromaflair.   Between paint and clear, 12 coat process if I remember correctly.

Didn’t pay attention to that recall for rusty door hinges did you?

What kind of cars are you driving that have “heavy, noisy, leaky” sunroofs? I can see noisy if you are talking about when they are open, but I’ve owned cars with sunroofs since ‘85 and never had a leak. And weight? Negligible at best in a modern car.

Yet you most likely enjoy all of the above and still think you can criticize others for having too much.
