My dad’s thought’s were the same, though we are hope some of the more sane voters will go for Warnock or just not vote if they son’t vote for anyone with a D after their name.

I was just saying the same to my father this past weekend, boggles my mind.
Gotta say, you’re half right there, she does have the look, but that utter lack of brains....................................
He has owned a number over the years, going all the way back to the early 1900's.
Initially that did not look much different than when R/C planes do that, and was hoping that was the case until I saw the fireballs........usually R/C planes done to that so easily.
For that generation, Adam West was “their” Batman, when it comes to Millenials, or younger Gen-Xers like myself, I really see Kevin Conroy as “our” Batman. It’s a shame that we lost him so soon.
With a little work, those would make great projection screens for in office meetings, and they can deliver themselves to the conference room too!
Been thinking about this since I heard of his passing earlier today, Adam West and the Barris modified Lincoln Futura based Batman and Batmobile are what could be considered the Batman and Batmobile of the Boomer generation, Kevin Conroy and the TAS Batmobile really are the same for the Gen-X and Millenials. It was…
Arthur King.....in Scotland?! I could maybe see maybe pulling that off in some Podunk town in the west or south, but in one of the freaking British Isles?
Did anybody else sort of snicker when they ready he’s already talking about bankruptcy for Twitter, this soon after taking it over?
Can you imagine how much good that would do for the women that otherwise couldn’t afford to be come mother and/or afford the children they have if these funds were put towards those purposes instead!
Even if only to mess with people, a Lancia Flavia sedan from the early 20-teens.
Well, the pavement won’t be soaking up the heat as much, and that can radiate back into the sky for a while after the sun goes down.
As big as cars are getting in this country, I kinda wish that was happening anyway. I can park my 200 sedan in the center of a spot and the person next could do the same and I still can’t always open the door fully and it’s even worse for my Dad trying to get in and out of some vehicles at 80 y/o.
Yup!
Just set them up like the canopies at gas stations, just larger, not like they can’t advertise the stores in the mall on the edges of those, or if they off charging, no matter if that is to be billed or free while shopping.
Suncast just opened up a rather large facility near me that has signage all over it stating that the building is 100% solar powered and Amazon has a warehouse next to it that I believe is also heavily paneled and has chargers already installed for when they get their Rivian vans.
I say all of the above, never hurts having a backup source of electricity!
This was my thought too, I used to work for a store where the lot can get brutally hot in the summer and downright polar on the coldest days of the winter. This wouldn’t totally help with the wind problems in the winter, though vertical wind turbines would, it would have been beneficial during the summer for anybody…
All that would do is buy them 2 more years to get it done, I’d be looking for the funds to do it sooner rather than later and just rip that band-aid off sooner, especially if there’s a chance for any financial gain from this down the road.
