When I got married I was surprised to find that we had no options for a joint credit card. It was either I was an authorized user on her card or she on mine. I find the authorized user solution doesn't really give us what we want, joint responsibility, I guess this is something we have to live with.

That's a matter for debate. While I agree with the sentiment in this context, it's not necessarily a bad solution for people in committed relationships.

Keypass if you sync it with a centralized NAS on your home network.

But what happens when you factor in the additional cost of power? ;-)

I hear that is false.

I have no problem making it through the day on my phone...it's about about how you use it.

Why: It's the best value you can get for the money. If you want the best hardware you can buy, the best customer support you can get, and the best OS support for the hardware, look no further. I suggest buying direct from Google to get the best experience, but I've had mine for almost a year now and I would buy it

"ask yourself why it took the threat of resignation for your current employer to make a counter offer" ... well I mean typically you don't get a counter offer without an offer from another party. I can speak from experience that taking a counter, in my case, meant a huge increase in pay as well as no lost opportunity

Saving is unorganized: Saving money is a good thing, but your savings account needs to have a goal. You will be more successful if you designate a savings account for each category of savings. For example, your emergency fund will be in one account, your vacation fund in another account, and your kitchen remodel or

One other thing to note. VFIFX has a 1k minimum while VASGX has a 3k minimum. I don't know if that matters to you, but it's something to consider.

So let me preface this with "I have thought about this for a month or so and am ready to do it." After doing my research on investing and the different types of funds, I settled on Index funds as the way to go for me. ETF's seemed unnecessary as the fees were much higher and I am not really interested in

The differences I see between owning a home outright and investing:

Pittsburgh, PA - Perogies and Sandwiches with fries in them.

I have a flood light which is on a dusk/dawn photocell. Is there a way to maintain the photocell functionality (ie. on at dusk) but have it auto-turnoff after 4 hours? I feel like it's a waste of electricity.

Correction...Malwarebytes will prevent *known variants* of it.

This is great ... we have a Northstar in Pittsburgh as well...except it is the biggest dive bar you can imagine...best food though!

The "Pennsylvania Grand Canyon"

I replaced my terracotta main line 2 years ago from my house to the road. It was about a 25 foot stretch and went down to about 14' . Cost me around $2,000. Every house is different obviously, if you're pipe is under a concrete driveway or something like that you are going to pay more. The prices will vary widely

Some of these estimated repair costs are a joke. If you're paying 50k to repair you're plumbing or 20k to replace your breaker box, you deserve to loose that cash. I live in a large city and you would be hard pressed to find a quote for these repairs higher than the low estimate in this article.

My final thoughts:
