@Al Swearengen: Well, I don't think anyone thought at the time that the Nazis would be foolish enough to go chasing the Russians all through Siberia like that. The minute they saw them destroying their own towns and pulling back, they should've said 'good enough' and pulled back themselves. But nooo.

@corpore-metal: okay, well I'll say it then: they're all fake.

Yikes. Dooku's body design looks so amateur in that clip. They get the intern to model that one?

My first thought looking at the second vid: why's that guy so focused on the window's circular imperfection?

In #42, Harry and Hermione read "Deathly Hallows" to find out who dies next.

Talk about bad timing for my time machine. Just when I set up shop as a "steampunk" writer, I hear that not only there's too much of it around, but also that "steampunk is in danger of vanishing up its own arse

"Like, when people realise what this movie is actually about, what it's setting up and what it's ... It's kind of like a secret ending in the film, and the entire arc of the movie, I don't think anyone will ever get [it] while they're watching the movie. War Machine as a spin-off. That could be interesting. Though I can't see how they'd do it without Ironman playing a role.

@collex: To be fair, babies are delicious.

@Platypus Man: No seriously, they did a great Office parody. You should check it out.

There's something about Tin Tin that always seemed so pleasant. Like, no matter how much danger he was in, you were always totally at ease about it.

@metallicfire: Oh god, if anything it's the exact opposite: 20% character, 80% motion. But the numbers are arbitrary, because so is the uncanny valley. What's important to remember is never trust the quality of a 3d model to speak for itself. That's just a recipe for disaster.

@Arriver: that's pretty amazing!

@NotGodot: I don't know, it sounds like you're just jealous you didn't think of doing it first.

"Coleman famously missed morning appointments and once explained his failure to give a 9 A.M. lecture by protesting that he couldn't possibly stay up that late. "
