Now why don't real Lambos have sunroofs?

First thing that came to mind was '68 'Cuda.

Looks more like a W126 to me

Yeah, but how does a hit from a semi get you airborne? Punt you down the road, i can imagine, but not making your truck sprout wings...

I'm sorry, could someone please explain to me again how the pickup became airborne? Because there didn't look like there was an impact on the camera car, and the pickup was already in the air when it came into shot. I am so confused right now.

The Obsessive Compulsive in me is VERY sensitive to these kind of inconsistencies in the way cars sound and handle in movies, and I'm quite certain the producers had gone to the trouble to try and dub in the proper noises (remember that these are all tube-framed kit cars using LS engines?). To be fair, what I know of

I disagree, I think the Veyron, Sesto and Koenigseggs were very well done. Remember, NFS as a game series has always been at or near the top in terms of getting their sounds just right, so I wouldn't be too surprised if some of those guys went and helped out on the movie

Unfortunately, this girl here in Singapore wasn't quite so lucky. Happily though, her injuries were fairly minor. Hooray for extra-bendy kids!

This made me so happy...

So you went to the NFS movie hoping for a good plot in the same way that one picks up a NFS game hoping for realistic driving physics? Please...

This film was never intended to be Oscar-winning material, just an excuse to show off street races, fast cars and cop chases with highly-dubious-police-tactics.

But would you still rally it top-down?

Because land yacht?

Where was this, LA? Did it come with the wood paneling too?

Life on Mars literally turned me into a Bowie fan

Absolutely loved that show to bits. Can anyone here think of a more perfect use of a song?
