Force India have been one of the stronger and more consistent midfield teams for the past few years, certainly more so than the illustrious Williams. So do tell us, what is it you do that allows you to come to such a decisive conclusion about a team after just one race?

I don't like it, but I grudgingly agree.

90+ discussions and only 2 mentions for Singapore? I am disappoint.

You Americans have such entertaining election action...

I'd heartclick your comment if I could. I'd always thought of Jalopnik as a more 'cultured' bunch of car enthusiasts (compared to all the Civc/Evo/BMW/Forza/GT5 forums), so I'm genuinely surprised to see how much hate there is for drifting here.

That was beautiful...

Just a shame we don't see cars on this course more often. People sometimes talk of the Nordschleife as the ultimate road course (as in public road, since that's what it technically is), but I bet that's only because of the amount of exposure it's received in the media.

How 'bout in the air? This shark seems to be coping fine...

And this was the car in question

Heart click for you, my friend. I'm only too happy to see my family's old car make it onto the list.

$16,000? Hah. Singaporeans laugh (or rather, cry) in the face of that tiny amount.

An E34 M5 Touring would do very nicely for me. Powerful straight-6 and RWD for hooning, plush, comfy interior for the family, and huge boot for journeys. Possibly the perfect all-rounder in existence

Whoa, never knew Nascar cars ran so much positive camber on the inside front wheels.... Insane!

Not sure how relevant this is, but as someone living in Singapore, I'd just like to point out that that Hong Seh birthday bash with all the photos above actually occured in Dec 2008, so some of the info may not be up to date. However, if the info you got from FChat and ClubSnap is all current, then do forgive me.

For some reason, when I read that she intentionally crashed a car, I had an image of her doing a handbrake turn at high speed and smashing the passenger side of the car into a tree, and badly injuring at least one of the assailants...

@Motor_Yakuza: Ah. I actually thought the front looked pretty good, based on the side-on pic in the link. I now see that I was very much mistaken.

If not a classic, then a future classic. Rock-solid, bulletproof mechanicals, and, with so many being sold, parts aren't difficult to find. Plus it really does look timeless - who knew it came out in the 80s?. My teacher in school's got one (a 200E), and I'm trying to work up the courage to ask him for a ride in it.
