I’d like to be upset, but nah. After GTAV and its lack of single player DLC, this isn’t surprising at all. And RDR2 bored me to the point that I stopped at about Chapter 3. I think it was Chapter 3? It’s whenever you head out to fish in the boat.

This. I had low expectations with Holiday Spice Pepsi and it turned out to be pretty good.

Take-Two hasn’t been as apprehensive about Switch development as EA has. But, it seems like they don’t care about it much, either. The older GTA titles do seem like a no-brainer, though.

You basically can replace ‘Treyarch’ with 2K Vegas and you’d have a pretty similar story. I spent five years with them and experienced a lot of the same stuff. QA is definitely treated as second-class by developers. The office here in Las Vegas has no development teams here in it, but that was the gist you could feel

It saddens me that the first thought I had was ‘how many of these folks will be jobless by the end of the week?’ Since I can’t imagine some of them not being walked out for “unrelated offenses”, just because they decided to take a stand.

I wish I could give you more than one star.

M2 is handling the software side of thing? Sign me up, then.

If I’m being completely honest, I have no idea who any of those folks are.

This reminds me of any time I go back and log into deviantArt. Some of the stuff friends of mine posted between like 2004 to 2006 just doesn’t work anymore. Thumbnails might load fine, but the actual upload is broken. I don’t know if they ever explained that.

>Comes to article about developers not wanting to deal with toxic community

Dude looks like he’s smoking a baby carrot.

That was, easily, one of the most impressive parts about RE7 in VR. The perspective on everything made it feel very real. It also caused me to chicken out on playing much of it in VR. lol Lots of stress.

That’s good stuff to know about the badges. I wasn’t quite sure what they even meant.

Couldn’t have said it better. I worked for a major publisher for about five years doing QA and mostly on teams too small to fully cover the project. Never enough time to really take care of important issues, while also coupled with developers who didn’t have enough time to fix things.

>This fall

Shucks. I’ll be there again in August, so I’ll have to hit this up on another visit.

I’m not going to lie: I totally forgot this was a thing.

For real. I’m morbidly curious to find out how and why mayo was ever that close to their system at all.

MGS2 ended up like this for me without even trying:

I think someone needs a nap.

I can’t throw you a star fast enough.
