Same thing happened with the Neo Geo Mini, too. I use an iPhone charger to power that, but still, these types of products should always come with a power adaptor.

Yeah, here’s hoping Sony knows to get a good production run going on these. But I suspect they’ll still be hard to get until after the holiday season.

“Real fans”

I only just recently realized how goofy the physics in Yakuza 6 can be. It’s probably odd to enjoy it as much I do. Just another part of a game I’m really enjoying so far.

I have to reply, mainly for this being one of the best comments I’ve seen in a long time. Good stuff.

Heck, give me a game type that just nixes all weapons. Set it up like Slappers Only and let folks chop the hell out of each other.

A buddy of mine worked for Game Crazy back around the time Tekken 4 came out for PS2 (might have been Tekken 5). He had at least one or two customers asking for ‘Tea-ken’.

Someone in QA is getting ripped a new asshole right about now.

>Is it?

Yes. Yes, it is.

Might as well prep those BioWare eulogies now. I don’t know how good Anthem will be, but somehow, EA will still view it as a failure.

Anyone I knew that used Miitomo gave up on it a long time ago. I still log in, but haven’t done much with it, since no one is around.

Still, it’s sad to see it go.

I’ve always wondered about sport titles and their giant save files, too. It’s been that way since memory cards became the norm after the PlayStation’s introduction. If I recall correctly, games like Madden could fill up an entire card back then.

Let’s not kid ourselves here. Third-party publishers aren’t using the 32GB cards that are already available to them, so 64GB ones being delayed won’t make a difference. If 32GB game cards were being used more often, the patch download for a physical release like L.A. Noire wouldn’t be as big as it is. It’s 29GB for

Pre-ordering a number of things through Amazon lately has been a pain. Even big titles like Battlefront II can’t be pre-ordered if you want a physical version. I’m not sure how that works out and it makes Amazon’s discount on physical games useless.

Reading that is just depressing. I get wanting to be financially stable, but it’s a shame when a developer just gives up doing something they were pretty good at. You’d think that, with stability in place, making something terrific would be on everyone’s minds. Make the most of the opportunity and good fortune.

Maybe

And in the end, nothing of value was lost.

Ditto. I remember them changing the terms for discounts on Toys to Life stuff, but not this. :(

MVP

I second this. Chat during major events like this or for stuff like GDQ gets awful real fast.

And nothing of value was lost. I picked this up on PS3 sometime back and was pretty disappointed.
