I’m surprised more companies haven’t disabled commenting on their channels. Conversations there remain civil for all of about eight seconds before they just nosedive into toxic territory. No need to worry about it getting terrible or having to moderate if it can’t even start.

I just wish the song was actually featured in the level pack. It was sorely missed when I played through it.

IW’s campaign was pretty fun. I wasn’t a huge fan of the aerial combat, but the rest of it was solid.

This is a game I’ve been meaning to pick up on Steam for a while. I love the Sega Model 1 style look to it.

Probably gearing up for a release once the Switch’s Virtual Console platform is up.

I thought that was soft serve ice cream at first.

Compared to peoples’ Amazon orders for Breath of the Wild Master Editon getting abruptly cancelled/disappearing, this is kind of chump change stuff.

Remind me to never check the comments sections for Kotaku’s Facebook posts ever again. What a cesspool.

I’m glad you have the addendum at the end about not trying to start fires. This is good information to know for any potential Switch owner. But, with this and the BotW Expansion Pass, some folks have just leapt at

Man, this makes too much sense, which means you probably got skewered for it. Accept my star and my apologies for anyone that gets out of hand.

I remember seeing this at PSX in Las Vegas. After all this time, I figured it had been canceled, since I haven’t heard about it since then.

Wow. This post is so on-topic with the article, I am amazed.

If I could high-five you, I would.

The potential to add online uploading into the 3DS version is there. As someone else stated, it is possible it is not present now, simply to get the game in stores for the holidays. Later on, though, we could see other features patched in.

Nail right on the head. I’ve worked with a few developers that have had to port some legacy titles to new platforms. It can be rough and, unless it’s something major, they generally won’t fix it.

I’m surprised Target even returned it to the shelf. When I still worked retail, we would only return product to the shelf if we knew it hadn’t been opened at all. Otherwise, it went straight to our DND area in receiving.

I can’t be get behind Excitebike being worse than Ice Climber. Aceing all the Ice Climber challenges in NES Remix reminded me how bad the game is. Not Clu Clu Land bad, but still pretty terrible.

To a degree, yeah. I’m not entirely on board with the idea of waiting this long myself. But, the way I figure it, Nintendo is waiting on this info to prevent killing whatever sales they can get with their holiday releases.
