Part of the problem is that a huge portion judges sitting in courts that hear criminal cases draw from the ranks of prosecutors. Defenders make a much smaller portion of judges because the prosecutor’s office tends to have the necessary political connections to get appointed/elected.

Another Tesla hit piece from Jalopnik. You wouldn’t even be writing about a car being locked to a Supercharger if it weren’t a Tesla! I haven’t seen a single post on Jalopnik about other cars locked to Tesla Superchargers.

You mean “How much krill in that grille?”

Tesla Autopilot is getting really good. Here we see it pull itself into the nearest Charger.

That shit drives me nuts. I used to dirt bike back in the woods, about a mile and half from my house. I’d ride through my neighborhood, pop onto the main street (in a moderately sized town) until I hit the train tracks, then I’d take them back to the trails. In the neighborhood I was just putting around while going

Insurance didn’t cover it because it was a pre-existing condition.

I think each major market has an optimal path forward.

That’s fair enough, Shania Twain, but for the rest of us: 1.3 million miles on a motor/truck is impressive as all hell, regardless of timeframe. To put it in perspective, if there was a road that circled the earth, he could’ve done so a little over 52 times already, and the vehicle is still functional.

The discussion on NPR noted that people will look at this film 2 different ways: Those who are plotting in their heads how they would live in a van and what they would do to survive and find meaning in life in this situation, even with built-in contingencies and possible outside support systems (like Fern), and those

When I started at Ford, these things weren’t uncommon and I was lucky enough to have a few experiences riding in them. I did get a chance to drive one on the track though. One of the scarier things I’ve done. Reason why it was scary was because it was the track manager’s favorite (but it was the one my team needed),

No they won’t. It’s more insidious than that. Judges aren’t stupid. They’ve been around the block. They know what’s going on, they know cops lie on the stand all the damn time, and they’re part of the system that keeps it going on.

1st Gear/Neutral: This is not an an either/or situation. First it needs to be confirmed that there was patent infringement. From there, blocking imports is only the most drastic step. Another option would be for SK to pay money to LG to license the relevant IP.

I think anyone with eyes does.

Boebert will be a single term Congress person. She will soon age out from being the younger and conservative attractive politician and will want to try to pull a Palin — another less than one term politician — and will try to spin off her short time in the public eye to an online media company.

Since they’ve lost the weight of the roof, do they call them Neon Lights?

Before I hit the See all replies button I was a little afraid of what might display...

Apparently the commenters don’t have a clue either.

You could rely on your gut feelings or just google two stroke engine pollution and rely on science. Here’s a quick taste.
