I did almost walk away from a sale once because they put the warranty in there without telling me.  I paused because the payment seemed too high for the term/amount.  They tried to BS me to say it was because they assumed I wanted it, but I am a former mechanic, so no thanks.

I think a lot of this is journalistic bias.  Maybe its just me, but I will read all these reviews talking about how amazing these Japanese/Korean interior are and how bad the American interiors are.  Then I will go to an auto show and sit in them all, and I just don’t get it.

In the auto industry, I already work in kW or HP depending on the sales market, whether its gas or electric or diesel, so this still sounds like something written by somebody who has no idea but wanted to sound cute in their article.

Depending on what you drive, the rain-x washer fluid has been known to cause the washer fluid sensors to not read properly. Something with the chemical composition coats the sensor. FCA had a TSB to clean the sensor specifically calling out the Rain-x fluid.  I have always avoided it for that reason.
