From that standpoint, I think the Maverick still ticks the boxes. If its close to the fuel economy that the Bronco Sport/Escape get, then it will be a lot more economical than the compact trucks from the 80s/90s as well as the current crop of full size and mid sized trucks.

Totally makes sense.  I have to imagine if you have a fleet that needs small vans and larger vehicles, you would go to the manufacturer that covers all of your bases.

I have never driven one of these in a manual, but I did drive a Dart and a 500L with the same powertrain. I always felt like the gear spread between 1 and 2 was too wide so you would lose all of your torque and momentum.

The number of times I had to thump a starter with a hammer when I drove a tow truck would boggle some of these young kids minds.

Have you ever even owned a carbureted vehicle? Because I am old enough to remember when cars that were but a few years old wouldn’t start because it was a little too cold outside or the carb was flooded, or maybe the spark plugs had more than 10k miles on them.

Sounds like they are going to keep world headquarters, the train station, and the PDC complex with the new reimagined PDC building as the centerpiece.  I expect all the labs in the area and NMPDC to stay, but I am sure the Fairlane mall and all the buildings by the Lions facility will be gone.

I think the key is moderation. Coming into the office every single day to sit in front of a monitor and do what you can do at home is a waste of time and resources, but working from home every day comes with its own set of challenges as well.
