Read the paperwork, bro. The policy was there before you got there and it will be there after you leave.

Er, on a $10,000 loan, gap insurance from any reputable auto insurer is going to be on the order of single-digit dollars a month. Like, $2-3. That, in fact, is quite a good bet when you cannot afford to be without a car.

This is not a shooting brake, this is a WAGON.

Wait, so pointing out the flaws in your comparison and you respond with “free country”?

Yea if a man tried to tell a woman what her femininity means in 2018 he would be socially crucified and vilified as a piece of shit.

please take your common sense, rational opinions elsewhere. that kind of well reasoned logical take is not welcome at the gizmodo media group.

Does anyone see the irony and hypocrisy in this besides me?

I saw the same show at The High - it was awesome! These two were easily my favorites of the show; the HF Zero and Modulo are so incredibly impractical (and I would assume death traps), but so incredibly alternate-future looking, I love them.

Katherine: Do you even remember how fucked in the head conservatives were in the 1990s about gay marriage? And how many people would have been just peachy with a constitutional amendment banning it? No?

It’s the kind of math you do when you want to further a narrative, my friend.

Where are they coming up with these numbers for maintenance costs? As in where did the 70k come from for the Lincoln? The old Town cars used the Panther platform, which had been around forever and ever and by that point was more or less bulletproof. I’ve been in a number of Crown Vic cabs that had well over 500k on

These takes, though, disregard the actual logic at hand, which doesn’t treat modern history as a level playing field.

That guy’s poor back. 30 seconds of glory 15 minutes of internet fame and a lifetime of horrible back pain.

The point is there is no way for him to know. If he wants to drive like a dipshit, he can take it to the track.

Who’s to say a car isn’t around one of those bends?

What about when speeding results in killing the “no one” who you thought wasn’t around?

He was turning around mowing his yard, common practice around here, must live in the city huh?

I’m wrong, got it.

got it, i said i stand corrected. who is the next one to tell me i am wrong?

Apparently. So I guess it’s ok to drive like an idiot so long as there’s no one on the road.
