Try her with a harness leash for a while rather than a single lead. She mustn’t be in front of you when you meet other animals - at your side max, preferably behind. YOU are the boss. Also, doggie day care, although expensive, is invaluable if you’re time short and have a good center that you can talk to.

I put weight on! Have also been on the pill for (well) over 20 years. However, the clarity in my head, which came within 1-2 weeks, was worth every kilo, and it’s slowly leveling out :-)
