I started the Keto diet 5 days ago and I’ve definitely dropped some weight (I don’t have scales). I haven’t been hungry at all on it - and have changed the macro’s on MyFitnessPal app to show me how much fat / protein and carbs I need. Feels weird to eat so much fat and so little fruit and veg, but I’m getting…

I’ve put on so much weight since November......on Monday I started the Keto diet - seem to be losing weight (don’t have scales) but looking and feeling trimmer!

I thought it was Doug Stampers’ Granddad!
