Too high on the smell of his own farts, I’d expect.

I would be all over this. Any chance to continue driving my V8 Jag way into the future with minimal environmental cost. I do not mind paying more for the fuel.
There are a couple different sources for the carbon in syngas but if they are claiming low CO2 then that mostly narrows it down to two options.
I would like it on record here. I did not vote for this dangerous idiot.
Cherokee becomes Wagoner
Grand Cherokee becomes Grand Wagoneer
Grand Wagoneer becomes Bluebird Bus since it looks like one.
I feel that often, the voices calling for a name to be cancelled are coming from people who are “offended” on behalf of someone else because it’s fashionable, but in this case it’s clearly coming from within and should be given serious consideration.
Well you gotta say that, either that or admit you tried to be a dumbass troll and it failed to come off. Have a nice day, comrade.
Ah, so you intended to be an asshole. Got it. Thank you for clearing that up.
“Pontiac was offensive too to Native Peoples, why was its name never changed?”
You’re equating Native Americans to animals. You’re part of the problem.
It is an analogy, dumbass, and you know that.
Because Pontiac was ditched before we started actually having useful discussions about appropriating the names of oppressed minority groups to sell products?
Unless you are Cherokee, you don’t have a right to “call bullshit” on their feelings regarding the use of their tribe’s name to sell a product. You also don’t get to decide if something is derogatory to them or not.
I always wonder about use of names like this and who gets say in it: look at much of the Hyundai’s Santa Fe or Tucson, Kia Telluride, using city names. I would think those Cities should have a choice (and probably some financial interest) in how their name is used for corporate uses that are trying to benefit from the…
Or GC becomes the Patriot. Either way, watch the sales of those 2 somehow tank.
Washington Football Team is very “fine you don’t want us to be called the Redskins? Then we won’t have any name, meanies.”
I’m fine with that. If people need a corporatespeak reason instead though, look at it like this: Jeep are using The Cherokee nation’s trademarks and copyrighted material. Company’s shouldn’t tread on someone else’s corporate identity.
Hey, Mercedes,
Yeah. The legal limit from the FAA for recreational drones is 400ft. The service ceiling for most is around 1600ft or less. There aren’t any that could possibly make it to 10,000ft.
The thing about having good solder joints, is that you have to go slow and be patient. These seem to solve that problem. I was a certified 12 volt technician (certified by a national board, not Best Buy) for a small and strange part of my life, and these would have come in handy.
