My understanding of the article was that he was not suing for $1 million he just had to use that amount because that is the amount needed to make a jury rule on it. Correct me if i’m wrong.

I am familiar with this segment, the problem is that EVERYONE assumes that every dealer is desperate for a sale on that last day. That isn’t always the case. It’s also not always the case that even if the dealer is desperate that they can’t be beaten on price by another store in the same region or beyond.

I see what you’re getting at, but language is malleable, my dude, and colloquialisms make conversation easier.

We had a ‘69 Super Cub 90 back when I was a kid. It was the first motorcycle I ever rode (not that I’ve ridden many). Would have liked it a lot better if it didn’t keep getting stuck in second gear.

Can we just drop tipping and make restaurant owners pay their employees a living wage? Build it into the price of the menu items. When people no longer show up because their Olive Garden meal costs too much then we can adjust or eat at home. Tipping that is expected is a ridiculous model.

Convince game companies to actually punish people for saying shit like this. Like zero tolerance policies. You do this even once perma-banned.
