In the late aughts I came close to buying a perfect, 30K mile, garage kept, Suzuka blue S2000 for $20K. It’s my only “damn I shoulda bought that” car.

I used to put mine completely in my Acura Integra. But MTBs have gotten huge since then.

VW has been making these for a while now. The issues of 10-15 years ago are not an issue anymore.

Red accents on the grille, side markers, etc. And eff painting the calipers. They’d be peeling by now. The nice red ones still look great on my white GTI. 

Love it. I wanted a Sportback when they were new but, as stated, they didn’t come with a manual.

Great green but not with red calipers dammit. Who wants a x-mas themed car? Red and green suck. I’m just sore because I didn’t buy a GTI in “Great Falls Green” (which I loved) because the red calipers and trim made it look like a Christmas wreath.

Oh good, at least the left the leather on the bolsters which are the place that shows cracking and wear. (Although these on only driven a few Sundays a year).

For a hot second I thought about trading in my Mk 7.5 for a manual AllTrack when they were almost giving them away ($24 for a manual SE AllTrack when they were closing them out at my dealer). I kinda wish I had but I still love my GTI.

The GTI Mk7.5 with the Clark Plaid interior is always the answer.
