30K miles on my ‘18 GTI. Stock other than new rubber (factory tires were garbage when new). I don’t abuse but it kisses the redline every other day. The only issue I ever had was a tailgate drainage hose grommet failing (known issue and it was a $12 repair that could have been done under warranty but I just fixed it…

Dear God! I would be afraid that those seats would ruin my clothes. Seats like that are why all seats should be cloth or some synthetic like MB Tex.

When I did the MSF class many years ago you had to wear long pants, a jacket, and boots.

The the fine metal flake in the S2000 yellow always bummed me out. However the Barbados yellow of the ‘89 CRX was pretty nice.

But without the handling. 

I’ve never understood these things. It’s like taking the best parts of a motorcycle and a convertible... and building something with what’s left over. Or... how to have some of the fun of a motorcycle and some of the usefulness of a convertible with the bonus of looking like a dork when driving it. 

I have a buddy in the seafood industry. Our local Wegman’s gets their fish from the best seafood distributor in the area. The same one that the high-end sushi restaurants use. The smaller sushi places often use fish that the good distributer will pass on buying.

Baltimore says... Meh.

But if they all get shipped to dealers how are they going to be able to charge $30K markup due to scarcity?
