I do not condone street racing, but it is a great time to social distance yourself in your car and go for a nice back roads cruise. Maybe set up a conference call with some friends and cruise with them too.

Party in LA, huh? Mine in Boston started meh but ended with some nice celebration, how’d yours end?
They bring that 22B to Wicked Big Meet every year, always so incredibly stunning and humbling to see it
Built up my WRX keeping a larger JDM V7 TMIC, (15% larger than the biggest USDM STi TMIC, Japan always gets the good stuff) and putting down 322/338 to the wheels reliably stock block. I see no heatsoak, and post IC temps just over ambient with the heat shielding reflective crap I did. I see people go FMIC all the…
Wish I had more/better pics, but I took this myself at Wicked Big Meet in CT in 2018, there’s usually 2 or 3 BRZ’s with an LS jammed in there.
From my experience her at work, even if it’s overnighted it’ll be held up at customs probably till the day after. We had one occasion with a possibility of late delivery so the plant manager actually put the product in his carry on and flew here so I guess that counts as overnight
Adams, let’s be serious.
Clearly the people did want him, and let the voting booth do their talking while the rest of the US lost their shit
People are dumb. It’s honestly astonishing.
Somewhat related point: sometimes factory financing yields great deals, and makes it worth it. I had enough money to buy my 17 gti outright, but by financing the bare minimum you’re allowed to in MA for a new car, I saved close to 5k. Made 3 payments then paid it off, no money lost to interest.
God, I’m a mechanical engineer and I love figuring out how unnecessarily complex things work in hopes of finding an optimized solution, but damn. Just damn. That was complex
Came here to say this. Shit, I could get a v7 ej207 with the forged internals for less than 3k, along with a full sti drive train.
Just gonna throw this out here. Even if you were an enthusiast that had one of these cars, amd did drive it and take it to track days, what are the chances that this will happen in order:
And I’d still lop off my left nut for an LFA
I’m pretty certain the 05 wrx had the ej205, since my 04 had that.
Nobody cares. Get out of the left lane. Come to Massachusetts and see how we react to idiots that can’t figure out proper lanes.
I actually came to post exactly this. Although the 5mt is glass, they’re cheap to find and you can pretty safely turbo/sc the n/a motor to low boost and have a hell of a rowdy rallyx car with one of these for cheap money. Who wouldn’t want to go rallying for less than 10k total?
Both of my wrx’s had stock td04's. With proper maintenance and keeping it stock, anything using the td04 seems to go on forever
Honestly don’t even know who exactly to reply to in this thread. From a physics standpoint, 1. The energy transfered in either case is the exact same. What happens with that energy differs. 2. In our world there is no such thing as a perfectly elastic collision. For example, two pool balls or even a Newtons cradle;…
Here’s your star. I think it is flying over the head of a lot of people. May even be COTD worthy
