I really don't get this thing. For about 1500 bucks, you can get a laptop at www.malibal.com that absolutely murders this monstrosity, and one for cheaper than that that can hold pace with this one or beat it still. I really hope no one buys this, what a terrible product.

Well, if you compare the solution as far has hooking up 3d from your computer to a TV, they are very similar and comparable. If you compare it hooking up to a computer monitor, Nvidia has a slight edge right now.

I know it might seem rather superfluous, but one of the things I really miss about Battlefield was the loading music.

Good to hear. I'm not going to lie, I loaded up Crysis 2 with my 5870 w/ max detail settings, running in eyefinity (5040x1050) and the fact it was actually playable at a good framerate bummed me out haha. Us PC people are hard to please lol.

@blalien: Yep.. just need to set the resolution, it usually just comes up as a normal option.

@phantomlink: It actually shows you extra stuff you don't see. The field of view stays the same, so that's why you see that warping effect on the edges, it's mimicking vision and at the standard FOV, the stuff at the edges starts to curve.

@Drogmir: It's... interesting. I know it looks strange when its in a video like that, but it looks fine when the monitors are right in front of you, it gives a sense of wrapping around rather than having three monitors of a straight forward view if that makes any sense.

@Cheese Addict: It's great for 3rd person games like this. I've got an eyefinity setup, with three 1680x1050 monitors, and it works great for the Assassins Creed games and was really cool for Batman AA. You need to push your monitors back about 4ish feet from your face though so you take in all 3 of them.

I agree with some of the choices on both lists but with neither list in its entirety or order.

If it isn't going to be Uncharted 3, maybe it'll be Ocarina of Time? Nintendo has a way of tugging on nostalgic heart strings to sell and make people use their new hardware.
