I wholeheartedly agree with and practice this.

Sooo happy, been waiting for a sequel for such a long time, and the fact it looks this good is awesome. Please be a great game!!!
Haha, that makes more sense. I was actually wondering if that's what you meant to say lol.
Honestly, I like 3D, but as a subtle effect. I have an iZ3D monitor (I think they're outta production now) and was trying out Ocarina of Time in 3D along with some other games using Project 64 (And yes, I own the originals). It actually looked pretty cool, and if you kept the 3D convergence and depth at a lower…
Yeah, I guess I like the option to zig and zag =/ gives me a better chance of not getting shot hah.
Very true. I suppose the name of the game is just keep moving then!
Wow, totally missed that! Thanks!
The game's multiplayer is like a twitch game with a buncha crap dumped on top of it. The current engine they're using is still an offshoot of iD Tech 3, but I think the multiplayer was much better in the original Quake 3.
So, if movement is now restricted to pre definted points... won't you know exactly where the enemy is going to pop up from cover? For example, if you see a person at a cover point, couldn't you aim in the exact same point to headshot an enemy every time they pop up from that specific cover point since they can't…
I absolutely love the Deus Ex series, even if they did butcher the PC version of the second one. I have to ask though, for those of you that have seen gameplay footage: do a lot of the characters heads look small to you? Like, disproportionately so?
I remember being shocked just the same, as everyone else, with the old switcheroo. I did however, end up giving it a chance and was rewarded with one of the best games I've ever played.
Haha... that's so ridiculously expensive. It's a bit cheaper on eBay, but honestly try and find it in an old mom and pop's used videogame store or in a goodwill. I still have my copy, but that's cause I'm a bit OCD about these things. I still have my original Doom floppys haha.
You can, I played through it recently on Windows 7. Didn't have to mess with any settings either, really. Just installed and ran, I was very surprised actually hah.
aww, no Duke Nuke Forever-esque type resurrection then. T_T
You know, actually I thought that was the best controller for FPS games, even to this day. Using the c buttons as forward backwards and strafing, and the analog to look (turok style, i guess) was great, I thought the yellow buttons were better than another analog.
@Dante_Ravenkin: Thanks! =D
@Shaows: I'm so happy someone else has played this game. Yes, Omega Boost for sure. I always remember the music, it was really good.
@Aceofplaces: Haha, if I could promote this I would lol.
@Pepe Thunder: The only way I actually unlocked that one in time was because Doak just happened to be in the right place on the way to the last room, I tried it TONS of other times and looking for him always screwed me up time wise, I remember that vividly. I think it was just luck. =/
