I looked up some humorous reviews of the books and had a good laugh at the some of the things I'd forgotten. Were-rats? That was certainly…a thing.

Daaaaang…the bit about the poisoned cocaine jarred an ancient memory of skimming that book. It is seriously the only part of the story I remember.
