Sucks, but hockey is a sport where you have to watch the players positioning and reactions more than the puck to understand where things are and the flow of the game. Both of those things are tough to pick up on if you’ve never played the sport before, or didn’t just “grow up” watching hockey.

I have to disagree with the Crosby assessment that he was absent from the majority of the game. I thought he looked dangerous most of the night. The best I’ve seen him look in a while.

Crosby has been in the public eye in Canada for about 14 years now. If he has any real interests in anything other than hockey I don’t know if it’s ever been mentioned. If he’s passionate about anything or is even aware of the world around him it’s never gotten much time.
