Turn off chat: problem solved. You’re welcome.

you don’t see Satanists complaining about the depiction of the prime evils, do you? just stfu and play the game.

The giggly lazy fun kind.

He was glorious in Warrior as well.

This.

Marvel stuff only, yes. But even in 2.0, you can’t use Avengers in Guardians stuff, or Spidey characters in Avengers stuff, etc.

I could have dealt with all of the bugs and lackluster gameplay and shallow story of the pricey mission packs except for the fact that you could only use certain figs with certain sets. And not being able to use 2.0 figures with 3.0 sets was inexcusable. It guaranteed that I was not going to purchase it.

Except that not everyone wants that.

Brevik didn’t leave the industry. He just left Gazillion to pursue game development as an indie developer.

Counterpoint: Priorities

Um...no.

I must be in the vast minority in that I LOVED the show Defiance. I thought it had a lot of really fresh, well-conceived, creative things going on. Yes, sometimes the story was weak, but the setting I thought was good enough to overshadow it and then some. I found the show first and only discovered the game existed

I always thought that the Slytherins mostly not fighting (or actually BEING supporters of Voldie) was because over the years since The Boy Lived, the house had increasingly been filled with actual awful people with actual terrible parents.

I still keep a sub cause I’m a construction worker who can work 5 16's one week and be laid off the entire next week. With my income in flux, WoW is still a pleasant cheap diversion if I find myself with an abundance of free time once in awhile.

This just in: Xenoblade Chronicles X

the worst part is that everyone is acting as though Hilary has the democratic nomination locked down.

I’m to the point where the term “triggering” is starting to trigger me losing my shit and punching holes in things.

Shadowrun is, by far, my favorite game setting of all time, even though almost every video game attempt to recreate it has been a dismal failure. The newest one that got launched via Kickstarter and has subsequently had some trouble gaining momentum is the best version I’ve come across.

A DYStopia is, by definition, a crappy setting with a veneer of “everything is great” spread over the surface. Post-apocalyptic settings don’t apply.

Things like this just make me more and more confident with every similar story that monogamy is psychologically unhealthy.
