What a perfect use of a lovely gif.

So frustrating that they decided to cut the WiiU out on only this Arkham Batman game. The others have been some of the best games for that console.

They certainly seem to be. I still think that for a family, the WiiU is hands-down the best purchase you can make. The quality adult titles are slimmer than other consoles, yes, but they’re there (Mass Effect 3 is awesome on it, Deux Ex, Arkham Games, Darksiders 2). And the value of SSB U and Mario Kart 8 is almost

Amazon’s original programming (Bosch!) is looking pretty slick, but aside from that and the rare instance where they have something others don’t (some Nickelodeon stuff, Covert Affairs spring to mind) it’s basically an asterisk IMO. It probably doesn’t help that I use it through my WiiU and the interface is

Given that it’s a film-based form of expression, there are quite a few different ways basically any part of it could be technically poorly done. Film is a technical art, after all. Not having seen it, and having no interest in seeing it, I’m not likely to be equipped to answer any of your challenges with certainty,

This is one of the most reactionary and honestly silly responses to a comment I’ve ever read here. For one, there’s a vast difference between saying “I think this sucks” and being “violently against” it. Also, no. Just because I don’t like something doesn’t mean it’s taboo to me, or that I need to take another look at

crunches are one of the worst popular exercises for you, tbh. compound lifts done while standing, pull ups, and even planks are much better abdominal exercises. If you want to do some kind of contractile ab work, hanging leg raises or the like are a good solution.

It seemed to me that the whole scene was to facilitate a demonstration of just how broken Theon/Reek is. Everyone expected him to intervene. Everyone could see the time-honored trope of “this is just too much to bear and he’s going to snap out of it” rearing it’s head. And then it didn’t.

I really wish someone would include "child-appropriate" type info on these. My ten year-old daughter has a burgeoning interest in anime and manga and I'd like to feed it, but I'm not going to sit through all of these things myself to try to determine what is and is not ok for her to watch.

This is exactly what I was hoping someone was going to have said already. I live in Northwest Indiana, essentially a suburb of Chicago, while 90% of the remainder of the state is farmland. Our economy is completely unrelated to the rest of the state, and our CoL and wage averages reflect it.

Interesting that they'd not go with Carol Danvers, given that is who is supposed to be the iteration starring in the upcoming film version.

I liked it quite a lot. Not a great "film" in terms of screenplay, but a wonderful eye trip.
