With good weather in Flyover Country this week, I'm definitely burning up the old gas in the Ducati before the storm windows go up.

Car first. Concepts later.

Big deal. I can throw some batteries and an electric motor in a beater 1997 Pontiac Grand Prix and achieve the same result. Fisker's no revolutionary.

There just aren't enough chopped cars these days.

I'll take a good smooth shfiting manual over anything all day long, in any situation. That includes stop-and-go Chicago-grade traffic.

@Ash78: COTD FOR YOU!

I, for one, welcome our new 2018 24 Hours of LeMons champion!

@layabout: Which is great news for working chumps like you and me. Someday...

Ugly they may be, these things are the perfect weekend haulers/road trip vehicles.

@layabout: Did he get his Morgan Aeromax coupe yet? I know he's had a Morgan roadster for awhile.

@JeffreyButeo: So what's stopping someone from welding TWO vehicles legal for US highway use?

Passed on an alledgedly good '89 Chrysler Conquest today.

A Mini with a little more room would be on my shopping list. But apparently, it's terrible according to everyone. Looks like I'll save up for a 328i wagon...

The original 240Z.

Better. I hope they made the hatch more useful.

Itasca also used to be home to a very good Italian car show at the local country club there. 2006 was the last year for it, which was a shame because not only did they have a Ferrari 333SP and a gorgeous Lancia Aurelia they had scores of Jalop-grade Alfas and a Lambo Jalpa. I COULD post pics, but it's all in the past

Is this Lamborghini Friday?

The image of an early 70's Chrysler product roaring around Yurrup reminds me of all the imported American iron I used to see over there.
