Hahaha, yeah man! I don’t remember much about the show, but I remember his character being a little big-toothed kid in a yellow rain slicker.

Fair enough. I just know the deadly results of fear of people based on stereotypes, and the language in that story suggested strongly to me that this was at play. Doesn’t matter if it wasn’t the only factor, you know? There’s always more than one factor in any situation. Point is, racism is insidious.

Normally I’m not glurge-sensitive and an good at avoiding the pull of emotionally manipulative stories BUT am the biggest sucker for an interspecies buddyship you will ever meet.
