This is the correct take, god that thing sounded nice. It’s a bit insane, but I always tried to convince him to supercharge it, among other things. He got a 991 Turbo S instead so I wasn’t too mad.
Well put. Basically all the R171 had in that sense was torque. Poorly transmitted torque at that (relatively speaking of course).
