Based on the level clutter in the windshield (before they covered it back up) and the tweet referenced in this article the guy was living in it for a while. While that in and of itself isn’t bad, it’s one more part to the story.

That’s a good way to put it. I’m a fan of Signal Green for sure, but I think that’s in large part to the cars the color happens to be a part of.
