Blake Schwarzenbach. From Jawbreaker to Jets to Brazil to (the short lived) Thorns of Life and now Forgetters….I just love every piece of music he's behind.

I truly miss Achewood, too. I caught on late, about six years ago, but I read pretty much the entire series in a week or two, during an especially slow time at work. It's worked its way into my natural lexicon, although only two other people I talk to have any clue what it is.

For a time, "Wild Honey" was my favorite Beach Boys song.

I'm going as Denver the Last Dinosaur, complete with my own hand-crafted, hot-pink, wooden Flying V guitar. I'm pretty excited about this.

These. Yes. ALL OF THESE. So pumped about the 24 Hour… reissue.

Absolutely. That was a tremendous episode, and he made it all so real. Just excellent.

He was such an incredible "dad" character. One of my favorite moments, though, was when Kevin returns home after the party where he brings Madeline to make Winnie jealous (after she dumps him for Popular Dude at New School). Kevin swears he's okay with the breakup, then after the party, he comes home, crushed. Finally

Whenever I'm watching the series finale, when Daniel Stern's doing the voiceover for each family member as they cheer on the side of the parade, I always feel like, "Hey, I think I'm actually going to hold it together this time!" Then, "He took over the business two years later…after dad died." And, just like every

Wow…I almost forgot about that. It made me laugh harder than anything SNL has in the last 10 years*. (*non-Kyle Mooney related)

Live-action Winnie the Pooh was weird. "Welcome to Pooh Corner?" I remember it always being on for some reason on Sundays while I was waiting for my parents to get ready for church. I'll never forget the intro to that show, with the theme song describing each of the characters. I think Roo scared me.

Well I'm sorry, that's Barry Manilow's territory.

God, both those albums are so great. Love them. And they put on a seriously kickass show.

His face after he said this line absolutely killed me.

Uhh….you got any gum?

You're livin' the golden years, boy, not me.

Excuse me, I am homeless, I have AIDS, I'm NEW in town…"

"It's a grid system, you simple bitch!"

I was back at school a week after my closest cousin had died in a car accident at age 20. I went to the gym for a run, which was the only activity I could do where I didn't feel lost or in a haze. I was stretching in the corner before stepping onto the track, and Evanescence's "My Immortal" came on the speakers

See, that's the line that brings me back. Cry, cry, cry, then that line starts the chuckle, and I'm whole again. It's one of my favorite lines from the whole series.
