That whole bit was one of the highest points in an already very funny movie filled with high points. I can only pray that (if the strikes end by then) it along with the full dance number gets featured at the Oscars.
“but Bay made five because they all made a ton of money even though the last two were awful.“
I’ve always chuckled at those who declare that writing is “easy” via comments that completely disprove their own theory.
>A lot of actors forced into a strike
From the sound of your comment, you don’t have any new ideas or fresh viewpoints to provide.
Did McQuarrie just spoil Part 2?
It’s not meaningless. It has LOTS of meaning, just not the meaning you want it to have. It means your score cannot be trusted, because you’re admitting yourself that it’s not what you actually think the episode deserves.
Honestly, it’s cool to see these instances of solidarity.
Hahahahahahahahah
No, but I’ve probably learned about movies’ existences because I watched an interview with one of the stars.
Your “Middle America” is detestable because they fuel hatred and strip rights. I’m convinced that your “middle America” isn’t THE “middle America,” though.
You really can't help yourself can you :)
Thanks for reading! I always appreciate when something I write really connects with an audience. Also, by participating in this conversation, you've helped ensure other people have seen the article. It's doing good numbers, you're a real mensch!
Lol
How does going to see a movie protect children?
Wait, I was told that the most important war is the war against capitalism. Was I misinformed?
So, again, you’re arguing that I can’t possibly understand something because I haven’t experienced it, and then you say flat out you won’t read the article but you know it’s “incomplete and frankly wrong.” If you had read it, you would know that my discussion isn’t about the movie specifically, but about the culture…
You’re guilty of reviewing a film you haven’t seen, and I’m guilty of not reading the entire review. We both are not in good form here.
A movie so good, they have to give tickets away for people to see it.
