Yeah, all the write-ups about how long the episodes were so long this season were immediately meaningless as soon as the season came out. I was very pleasantly surprised by how good this season was, because while I liked S3, it definitely felt a bit padded.

Considering a major subplot of the original is a character getting an illegal abortion, there’s certainly a timeliness to this. But don’t think there’s even a tiny chance this recaptures what works about the original (and that’s a whole lot).
