There’s actually a shortage of Tesla spares, demand currently exceeds supply, meaning these will probably be able to be sold for good money.

If there wasn’t a market, do you think the thieves would have stolen 11 Teslas?

Clickbait Headline: “The Sunscreen Ratings That Scare People Every Year Are Bullshit”

Being an adult without a drivers license just baffles me. Not getting one must only be a thing in large cities with ample public transportation where the traffic is a nightmare.

Interesting how much of a cult this man has built for himself.

Ah but this is counter to the narrative that we shouldn’t be inconvenienced.

Sure, that New York to LA “bullett” train is going to be a ranging success. Even at an average of 200 mph, and no stops, that’s going to be a 27 hour trip. And factor in stops, and crew changes, and it pushes 30. Even if everyone has to be strip searched, flying is still faster.

That’s a tired cliche.

So if I lost my ability to charge my Tesla for free.

Your opinion isn’t a bipartisan issue.

Censuses are a HUGE source of information for genealogists. Some future ancestor could be looking for information on you for years, unable to find anything. Then, 72 years after it was taken, the census becomes public, and you are there in all your glory, sharing your story with your future family historian.

In winter, when my hoses will freeze, my buckets will freeze, my power washer will freeze, and my butt will freeze, I will use a car wash to keep my car clean. Stating that I don’t care about my car because I use a car wash is a hideously stupid conclusion to draw.

“No HOA is ever going to look good taking a memorial to a loved one down.”

Yeah, that’s unreasonably high - I have a game on steam that has very positive reviews (currently stands at 93%) and bought by around 5k people; but since the game costs very little (and valve obviously takes their 30% share from the profits) making 5k$ is not a trivial thing at all, and just makes releasing games…

That seems like an inordinately high barrier! At that point they’re sorting through who’s going to pay to advertise and who’s not. $5,000 is no small amount of money to put into game development.

It’s almost like the original article was telling people that they could go test it out now....

Planting a seed to grow a tree is a great, long-term benefit — but digging up the seed every day to check on its progress will just kill the tree.
