I really miss manuals. I used to love the Sonic ones cos they’d show off all the Badniks at the end!

I wasn’t a Nintendo kid during the early 90s, but the closest thing to tempt me from the SEGA camp was when my friend brought a Super Mario World manual to show me and it was in goddamn colour!

In subsequent years

I played it very briefly pre-pandemic, but it was on my old phone which was prone to overheating. Maybe I’ll get back into it and play it properly now. I found the art style really appealing, and the little I did play I found pretty fun.

Hell yeah, thank you!

What a goober!

Paradise Killer is still one of the most unique environments in a game I’ve experienced.

“No bullshit” is a massive red flag. Such a loaded term, and I’d imagine being called slurs or being demeaned for laughs, whether publicly or privately, would absolutely qualify as bullshit.

The Spyro soundtrack is one of the all time greats. It is so distinctly its own and really helped cement Spyro as a classic for me. It’s one of the few game osts, much like Koji Kondo tracks and Masato Nakamura’s stuff on Sonic, that I will begin randomly humming to myself (Beast Maker’s homeworld, Lofty Castle and

My esteem for this game has shot up since reading the last article that showcased him playing Limp Bizkit on his phone.

It looks like a glorious mess with genuinely good combat. I’m all for that. I’m really in the mood for some (im)mature cheddar.

This sounds hilarious. Reminds me of a time on a college trip, when a classmate tried a service station massage chair for the first and last time in their life. The expressions of panic and anger had me in stitches.

Also this: “...neighboring viewers’ popcorn littered the aisles like pearls from Martha Wayne’s

I don’t know any bakers but I refuse to believe they don’t.

Even if they’re telling the truth, their attitude has thrown all credibility out of the window.

Read on twitter that they have sex with their girlfriend. wOaH!

I love the idea of analogue horror. I’ve not seen it frequently pulled off well, but when it is I find it really effective.

An analogue horror VTuber sounds like a really cool idea and I hope that’s what this turns out to be.

Ah sweet, thanks for the heads up! I haven’t touched my PS4 since pre-pandemic. Will have to dust it off and give it a look!

The first look at this game didn’t have me interested at all, but the more i’m seeing of this the more I like it.

Cool thanks, I’ll look into it!

I only started playing FE games with Awakening. I loved the balance between getting to know the characters and the tactical gameplay.

Got Fates and haven’t gotten far at all since 2016. Just couldn’t get into it at all. The plots have to have good characters and Fate’s were awful.
3 Houses fared better, but I still

I think the whole discussion really highlights just how different players attitudes can be. I’ve not played the game yet, but I’ve seen both takes by veteran players of From games. I find that interesting.

There’s a degree of dogma, too. About how it’s “objectively” bad design or “objectively” good etc. and it’s

I’m not a fan of the uniforms. If they gotta have a protagonist in the Pokemon world wear a uniform, it better be stylish and flamboyant and weird! Not this bland thing.

I’m surprised I like all of em. Also surprised to see some dislike them all equally too. I think I felt that way about the Sword & Shield starters more.

I will say, though, that aside from being a grass-type cat, Sprigatito’s design looks very safe compared to the other two. The tufts of fur are kind of leaf shaped,
