Forrest Gump is an awful movie

‘it was nice when you were an up and coming team’

that was something I liked about this movie too. The portrayal of the natives felt very authentic and rough.

‘The Thing’ didn’t have any women in it either and was still a great movie. All-male casts being slowly disemboweled amidst a snowy backdrop whilst donning big grizzly beards seems to be a winning formula

the first hour or so of this movie is some of the best stuff I’ve seen in years. All the snarky joking about how hard Leo is clearly pulling for an award with his role is unfortunately distracting from the fact that The Revenant is actually a really damn good movie.
