Haven’t played any of the Star Oceans, but Chrono Trigger is absolutely and definitively it’s biggest inspiration from almost every angle (Art style, combat system, map system).

I mean, all of that came from Chrono Trigger before Chrono Cross. Chrono Cross even strays farther from the CT formula by eliminating positioning and adding that whole obnoxious color system.
Just so you’re aware for the future, the term “Siamese Twins” has long since fallen out of favor for a few reasons:
Eh, the platforming isn’t what I’d really call platforming. You can’t really “miss.”
Honestly, this looks fun. Shameful as a Nintendo fan, but I’ve never actually played an F-Zero game. I’ll try this out later.
Loved the first two seasons, but it’s really hard for me to find interest in continuing after Aniston’s cancel culture bullshit a couple of weeks ago. It’s like she’s never actually read a script for the show she’s on.
Gonna be a wait from me. I’m months behind on games and this one is one I want to play, but I’ve got other stuff I’d rather play first and it’s bound to be even cheaper by the time I’m interested in starting.
Physical copies will realistically be sub-$40 by the holiday season.
Yeah, I’ve been on Premium since around Christmas of last year and I just have yet to find anything on the Premium tier that makes it worth so much more than the Plus.
That’s fucking bonkers. I’m on the Premium Tier right now because it was on sale and the upgrade from brought it to within a few bucks of Extra. I was on the fence justifying even Extra to myself at the old price.
Right there with you. The elder millennials and younger Gen Xers are going to start hitting rest homes in like 30 years and they’ll be bringing their pixel art games with them.
Maybe there’s a nostalgia element to it, but let’s not pretend that nostalgia isn’t going to apply to young gamers.
I’m sorry, I can’t hear you over the sound of me playing the ever living shit out of Sea of Stars, which is currently the top rated original game (As in not a sequel, remake, or expansion) of the year on Metacritic.
I don’t know if this is still canon, but back in legends, TIEs were built with extremely minimal shielding since the pilots were considered expendable and that left more power for engine speed. Same principle could apply to these ships, which definitely had the speed advantage.
Did she actually read a single script for the show she is literally on? Because the morning show took a real deep dive on exactly why cancel culture is a bullshit concept that rich, powerful people invented to desperately try to absolve themselves of any measure of accountability for their, without exception, heinous…
Only a decade? That’s cute.
I don’t think so. I have a roughly launch era PS5 (Got in January of 2020) and both of my rear ports have done this inside of the last six months or so.
Presumably (Not an expert, don't @ me) also tougher to regulate cheating and mod use on a PC vs a console.
I had no idea this was related to heat issues. My rear USB-A ports have both done this over the last six months or so.
I think one of the biggest issues is that, being one of the only well marketed folks in her demographic, she’s developed a very parasocial following.
