Not sure if that’s a matter of your inability or if it’s a matter of controller play. I can tank on controller, I can DPS on controller. I can’t heal on controller. I read up on all the target switching and macros and I just cannot do it.

Yeah, but that’s not selectively gutting it. That predated the Disney acquisition and they wiped literally everything but the Clone Wars cartoon out of continuity.

Seconded on this. Most 4 man dungeons are really easy to tank with only a few killer mechanics in a handful of dungeons to work out. As long as you’re vocal that you’re new to the mechanics, people tend to be understanding.

Alphie’s got some strong, strong stuff in ShB too (Alisae’s arc has more pathos, but Alphie’s is just kind of hilarious).

I... disagree strongly? Yeah, the regicide got retconned, but there’ve been a whole lot of losses to this point. Shit, you lose two major NPCs in HW alone. Then we lost (Kind of) two scions during Stormblood.
